Testosterone Enanthate has a half-life of approximately 5 days, the same goes for Deca Durabolin. Injections would work best if done on a weekly basis, and even better — i performed every 3 days (with the dosage split in half).
E3D administration would help in maintaining an even level of the substance and prevent short spikes of the hormone's concentration in the blood flow.
PCT is crucial after the Nandro-Test cycle. While you’re ON it, the testosterone part of the blend will keep your hormones under control and prevent estrogen from surpassing testosterone. However, when you drop the substance, you need to give your body some time to restore the natural testosterone production.
This is where a SERM Clomiphene, or simply Clomid, comes into play: 100mg ED, or 50mg ED if your nandro-test dose is low, for 4 to 60 weeks will lower your estrogen and give your testicles enough time to restore the natural hormones production. Clomid is a better option because of nandrolone;’s effects on prolactin that may negatively react to other popular SERMs, like Nolvadex.
On cycle, while Deca Durabolin does not aromatize, you should keep in mind that you take an equal dose of Testosterone — a highly aromatizing steroid. You need to take aromatase inhibitors, such as Arimidex, Aromasin, and others, to keep your estrogen in check and enjoy your gains with minimized consequences.
